  A movie where the camera never moves is called a play. As a “gimmick” it brings nothing to the visual art of movie making and since that seems to be the only tick in the bag…this falls flat. If I wanted to watch a dull slow uneventful play I wouldn’t be watching a movie

  A low budget monster apocalypse horror. Some messy dialogue but good acting. The monsters are truly unsettling - like really freaked me out. You never get a great look at them and it really ads to the effect. Cage plays it down both for his character and so as to not over act a young cast. As always he picks the perfect tone and knows the type of performance to deliver. Pretty mediocre overall movie but the monsters freaked me out so much it gets raised to 4 stars.
