Curly Sue 1991
Cute but slightly mawkish, John Hughes' final directorial effort is a low-key affair that certainly has its heart in the right place. However, the simple plot and insular setting (I guess Mr. Hughes figured he had shown enough Chicago for one career?) make for a minor and slightly tired experience.
