  absolutely beautiful story by my lovely jane, the screen did it justice. this movie has once again raised my standards and i expect to be thoroughly insulted by a rich, shy and unagreeable man while he's declaring his love for me.

  literal tears when donald sutherland was crying over giving his favorite daughter away, i love them so dearly. on that note, donald sutherland and johanna mason in the same movies twice!!!!
