Frances Ha 2012
I really loved this film. It was different than anything I’ve seen before. Humans, best friends, lovers, really any relationship learning how to go through life’s real struggles and obstacles. Something about it being in black and white left room for imagination which I appreciated. And ofc it was good considering it was screen played by Greta Gerwig and directed by her husband who also helped create ‘Barbie’. It was really just a simple film about life and the beauty of it.
