the concept and delivery is so artistic...it was rly difficult for me to follow the narrative at times though. wish i had more knowledge coming into it so i could fully appreciate the archive (need 2 rewatch) + it wouldve been cool to have even more emphasis on the role of the Artist in relation to the Soundtrack (...which--in storytelling--is used to reflect? to speak to the viewers emotions?). really beautiful way to weave together sm moving & generally js unpoken of (in my US bubble) sound/poetry/visual media/freak ass politicians/betrayal/revolutionary leaders + history.

funny and so sweeeeeet...its a young queer coming of age moment thats forced to start facing adult stuff and a lot of rocks are turned over without being explored too closely after, but maybe thats okay. this part of the story is just for billie + emma.
