The Last Unicorn 1982
i had this film on vhs as a child, i rewatched it recently again as i hadn’t watched it in years. and i was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a lot deeper than i thought. the beautifully animated visuals accompanied by the film’s strong message about mortality and the loss of innocence is told in such a powerful way that i truly appreciate. definitely one of my favourite childhood films.
