Run Lola Run 1998
This was definitely a German movie. Fast-paced, techno music, straight to the point. The non-linear storytelling, reflecting the cyclical nature of time, was really cool, created a sense of deja vu - much like the TS Eliot quote at the beginning of the movie, where you’re experiencing something familiar yet gaining a new understanding each time. It also became strangely relaxing to watch because Lola just got to restart after every poor outcome, so I knew everything was eventually going…
