If you love the Breakfast Club this is a solid watch. 80s core. I’m here for relationship drama, the outfits, the music. Love the chemistry between these actors. All star cast. But - it’s what you would expect, watching the trailer is basically watching the movie.

So I’m writing this the morning after watching… and my soul is still aching. Completely obsessed with Laurie (not surprised by Timothee Chalamets’s incredible performance once again). The movie is phenomenal overall, it feels like a warm fire. The costumes, scenery, the colors. The sisterhood. It’s lovely. It’s cozy, heartfelt, and at the same time empowering. Jo is both loving and a bad ass. It comes so full circle at the end.
Ps - the scene of Jo and Laurie on the hill will live rent free in my head forever
