  The Sea (1895) is a simple but fun little film showing kids jumping off a pier into the ocean. There’s not much to it, but that’s what makes it feel so real. just a carefree moment captured on film. It’s a cool reminder that even over a hundred years ago, people were enjoying the same simple joys we do today.

  Daddy, I'm a Zombie 2011

  When I was a kid, Daddy, I’m a Zombie felt pretty cool, but looking back, it’s definitely got its flaws. The animation is stiff, the dialogue feels off, and the story is so predictable it’s hard to stay invested. There’s some quirky charm to it, but overall, it’s just one of those spooky kids’ movies that never really comes together.

  This is basically black swan on steroids. It’s gorgeous, chaotic, and utterly unhinged. Lilico delivers peak “hot but psychotic” energy while the film screams “beauty is a lie.” Stunning, disturbing, and borderline traumatic. 4/5 stars, minus one for my mental health.
