Nosferatu 2024
After waiting for so long, I finally got to watch Nosferatu and it’s safe to say that it was worth it. It really worked for me and I’m 100% putting it in my top 5 movies of this year.
I was hooked from the beginning, completely immersed in the universe that Robert Eggers created. I was kinda scared but also impressed by what was exhibited in front of me. It’s only the second movie of his filmography that I watched…

Un film poignant et troublant qui nous force à réfléchir sur la place des femmes dans le cinéma mais surtout sur la “power dynamic” qui existe dans cette industrie- qui avantage le plus souvent les hommes. J’ai accroché tous de suite et à vrai dire je n’ai même pas vu le temps passer. Anamaria était incroyable (comme d’habitude).
Je ne connaissais pas Maria Schneider ni son histoire donc pour moi c’était de l’éducation supplémentaire. Moi qui n’étais pas fan du style Bertolucci (cf The Dreamers) je suis encore plus dégoûtée.Translated from by
