not sure which angle Sean Baker is coming from with this.. Somehow it’s a mish-mash of degrading scenes hidden behind the veil of a falsely confident lead actress— whose fake accent is really tough to listen to throughout. can we please have a sw film that isn’t centred around the male gaze and victimizing women/making them look and do insane things for money.
