This was decent. A thriller that you could see the plot twist coming from miles away but it keeps you engaged. I love Ayo Edibiri and she was great. John Malkovich is splendidly creepy. There is one big question left after the film ended but the final act was great. Also the Pube scene was insane. You gotta be a sick fuck to think of that.

Anora 2024
A slow burn. First half was weak and scatterbrained. The second half beautifully wrapped this mess into a masterpiece. Yura was good. Mikey was great. I get the hype behind all the nominations and wins. The last 20 minutes might be the best 20 minutes of cinema I have ever seen. And the final scene? A gut punch right in the feels from prime Mike Tyson. This one will stick with me for a while.

I absentmindedly turned this on off of 20mg of edibles and that was the best decision I ever made. What a great cast. What an incredible story. The visuals are stunning. People and film bros alike glaze this movie, but Interstellar deserves all the praise.

One of Them Days 2025
Had to support Issa Rae Keke Palmer and SZA on International Women’s Day. Saw the preview thought it was going to be good but it exceeded my expectations. Some very funny and heartwarming moments in this movie. Keke Palmer carried and SZA was a great Robin to Kekes Batman. We need more women led buddy flicks. Waiting for this to come out on streaming so I can give it a rewatch.
