Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred 2011
Absolutely iconic. The representation of Fred struggling with schizophrenia throughout the film was impeccable. Delusions of persecution, grandiose delusions, and delusions of reference. The end where Fred believes Devlin is a vampire after just having gotten over his schizophrenic episode was beautifully symbolic of how mental illness is so challenging to overcome.
