Peak cinematography. The first Wong Kar Wai's work that i've watched and I'm already smitten. Might watch more of his works!
Fallen angels captured deep emotions such as loneliness, yearning, and heartbreak in the most captivating way. I fancy the green-ish color grading and the blurry movement effects quite a lot.
Terrifying. This movie changed the trajectory of my life. The settings, the dialogues, the plot, not a single second of this movie failed to make me strangely uncomfortable. But glad Mima got a proper ending as she deserves. I love her.
I should watch more psychological anime movies like Perfect Blue, truly my cup of tea.
Truly a mindfuck sci-fi masterpiece, I had to replay the worm-hole explanation scene several times yet it's still hard to understand—even until now. This movie made me so damn intrigued to astrophysics to the point I bought a book by Stephen Hawking titled A Brief History of Time. I've watched Interstellar probably around 2 or 3 years ago, so I might rewatch this again in the future.
The first political documentary i've watched, and each passing minutes keep blowing my mind. I love how the storytellers wrapping up informations and connect all the dots perfectly at the end. Those who asked for neutrality and feel offended by this documentary probably need some realization to stop licking government's ass.
