  this movie deserves all the praise it gets. even outside of the sphere of star trek followers, this movie is held in high regard, and i absolutely see why. great story, great characters, visuals, music, it’s a solid romp through space with some of sci fis most beloved characters. could probably watch this over again a few times and appreciate it all the same if not more.

  it’s fun and has some occasionally good cinematography. the puppets are really quite engaging.

  the more i sit with this movie, the more it just doesn’t really make a lot of sense. it’s full of weird and inconsistent choices that don’t become fully present until you think about it later.
  that being said, if you don’t look into it too much, it’s a fun movie. i enjoyed myself watching it and would for sure watch it again.
  have to dock points tho bc i didn’t see it w bryce, which isn’t a fault of the film, but i just have to take it out on sumn. sorry freddy
