  holy FUCK. if there's been a lack of good body horror recently, this more than makes up for it my god. straight sensory overload that revels in the extreme on every level. as soon as the core concept takes off, you know shit is about to get freaky, but the ride it takes you on is horrifying, hysterical, and overall disgusting that made for a wild theater experience. 

  so grotesque it's beautiful.
