Moderately interested initially and then it just got progressively worse and worse. Just absolutely nothing new, and what little it does do is just weak.

National Theatre Live: Vanya 2024
Andrew Scott is phenomenal.
Dramatic scenes with multiple characters portrayed by a singular actor are almost always impenetrable and distancing (for me).
At many points I was wondering what was going on, and many others I could sense the director, writer and actor patting themselves on the back.
Great showcase for Mr. Scott, rather tedious and confusing piece for an audience.
