    Not a review but cool editing choices that inspired me:

    - :15:00 : drone under conversation with Mamiya re: wife in pink negligee
    - :19:00: pulse build up leads to man jumping out window
    - 1:09:00: cool blips of mesmerism images
    - 1:25:00: grab knife, then suddenly inside the train to travel w wife (actually psych ward) 
    - 1:32:00: after watching film of hypnosis, drone of winds leading into next scene 
    - 1:38:00: Thud of Mamiya hitting the radiator with stool building up like an earthquake before the reveal of what it is

    I crave optimism and humor without apathy, and this movie gave me exactly that. It’s so funny and genuinely touching. I loved that a movie that explores such a dark subject matter has so much love and hope for humanity. I mean literally…it’s about colonizing and killing native creatures while literally creating “expendable” humans that can be regenerated out of a clunky cloning machine.

    I was very moved by the adorable and endearing roly-polies (“creepers”) and their strategy for battle…
