  I loved this movie but recognize it's not everyone's thing, in particular the manic pixie dream girl  of it all and the problematic issues with age differences. But it was extremely my jam and I fell hard for this movie. Took off half a star for the kiss at the very end...I think it would have been stronger if they hadn't "consummated" and remained just friends; an acknowledgement that "they" could never happen. But I keep going back and forth…

  What We Left Behind: Looking Back at Star Trek: Deep Space Nine 2018

  Saw at premiere screening on the Paramount lot. Really enjoyed it, but I love watching (and rewatching) special features on Star Trek DVDs, so this was the kind of stuff I eat up. Great stuff for fans, not sure how much for a general audience. Season 8 outline on the writers room was absolutely perfect and a great treat, that's exactly how it should/would be.
