When I first saw this in theaters in 2009 I remember crying while watching it with my friends. I also remember none of them giving me shit for it, like we all had just witnessed a religious experience.

Time passed and people kinda mocked this movie and James Cameron dedication to this universe but I get it. You see the love he has for every bit of this universe.

There's just such a sense of wonder and unknown to this…

"It's not that kind of game Han. The objective is not to win, it's to stay in it as long as possible."

Aside from the fact this movie didn't really need to be made, I'm still glad it got made.I love the focus on the underworld and the syndicates. Big fan of Emilia Clarke's character Qi'ra too. Alden Erhenreich was great as Han Solo and I really enjoyed that he didnt try to be a young Harrison Ford. Tobias Beckett…

    "You are punk as fuck."

They call it the greatest love story put to film. They being me.

Emily Skeggs and Kyle Gallner rocked this shit so damn hard they got me tearing up. Just a beautiful, funny and genuine as hell movie that I just wanna rewatch since the credits started rolling.

Sometime's it doesn't matter why you do the right, it just matters that you do.

Kind of amazing how this really involved conspiracy movie ends up just being a profoundly personal story about one's man character. I love the whole aspect of pushing a sleazy character like Santoro into a role he wouldnt choose for himself.

Nicolas Cage and Gary Sinise are a pretty unexpected duo here that work really well. The soundtrack is absolutely gorgeous and the camera work is top notch. Big fan of how the over the wall shot in the hotel and all the play with shadows in this.
