This movie is one of the few that I will remember after the Oscar season. A really moving movie about accepting yourself and facing disabilities head on. I really connected with Ruben and that is 100% because of Riz Ahmed playing this to perfection and wearing all the emotions on his face. Fantastic and moving, especially in the end when he gets the implants and realizes they aren't what he really wants, so he takes them out just to have some silence again

Just horrible. How was this an Oscar winner. Totally insufferable to see Paul Giamatti be a snooty asshole about wine, still get the girl and STILL care about his friend that ditched him during their trip to cheat on his wife multiple times. Fuck this movie, Fuck the person that told me it was good.
