The Pale Blue Eye 2022
don’t get me wrong, i Love edgar allen poe being depicted as a weird little guy to the brink of being annoying, but the mystery generally pales in comparison to glass onion (probably just poor release timing). witchcraft in early new england is debatably over done and the ending was just a bit exhaustive. it takes a good third to two thirds to make it to the interesting part. aesthetically, it’s hard to fuck up edwardian/victorian settings. kinda silly that west point tried real hard to recruit me
