Mickey 17 was an interesting concept for a film. I really enjoyed the story and themes of anti capitalism and anti colnierism. The scenes with two Mickey's were shot very well it really felt like there was two of them. The cinematography was pretty good but I feel that his other films have done a better job at it. A very good time but definitely need a rewatch

An amazing shot film with Hugh Grant stealing the spotlight every time he is on screen. I loved his take on this creepy guy who really thought he was smarter than everyone else. I truly enjoyed how both actress played their roles they were likeable and captured the feeling of fear so well. This might just be my favourite film this year so far, the film just oozes with cheesy 80s and some fun spins on it too. I love the Gothic feel and amazing camera work. I thought lines were funny and the all the actors played they're roles very well, especially Lisa actress who was just a joy to watch every scene she is in. Iove how the film just doesn't take it self too seriously and just has fun, it just wowed me with its grave shots and opening scene as well. I can't recommend this enough just an amazing love letter to the 80s
