  Refreshing in its simplicity but you will struggle to find a film more authentic than this. Hardly surprising when you consider they entered a car in the real race and stuffed it full of cameras, making for some incredible shots. A perfect snapshot of period Le Mans, this feels like part film, part documentary. It handles its subplots with more grace than you'd expect too.

  A must-watch for anyone with any interest in racing.

  Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker 2019

  Lazy dogshit. As with TLJ, the only good part is the Kylo/Rey dynamic (also the only thing that remains relatively consistent over all three films). Everything else is unoriginal guff shoehorned in to try and bail out this floundering trilogy.

  TFA was simple fun, TLJ threw a colossal spanner in the works and this is the Emperor Palpatine-shaped plaster they tried to fix it. It didn't work.
