ive seen this twice, i liked it better the second time!
andy samburg has a tendency to play characters that comfort me, movies i like to have on in the background after ive seen em once
humor reminds me of a deadpool like dryness- and i like that. the time loop, and randomness to the sex scenes kept me entertained
funny, very slightly dark and somehow heart warming? i like it. great main cast.

edit: still thinking about this movie over a day later.. i will rewatch very soon- i loved it
holy shit. everything abt it? incredible. he’s so unsettling. the end had me staring at the screen in disbelief. what. the. fuck.
ive returned to this movie. a few times. picking it apart and picking up on details/watching film geeks pick apart all the details in comparison to the novel is EVERYTHING to me.
watch the scene with the detective in bateman’s office. when he shines the light in his eyes from the CD reflection and he DOESN’T REACT??? moments like that kill me. I love noticing the small details during a rewatch.. mm
