Comedic, fun and utterly ridiculous. Don't go into this movie expecting some deep, touching story about intercultural relationships, but do go in expecting a wild ride. This movie has a lot of heart behind it, and will be revisited for sure.

Edgy doesn't mean good. This film seems more obsessed with the brutality and discomfort it can portray than anything actually meaningful. It's not cinéma vérité, its an exploitation piece, where everyone is corrupt for the sake of being corrupt. The few moments of meaningful connection or deeper themes (e.g. substance abuse, the reason that these kids didn't have parents chasing after them, the boys using each other for support) were immediately clouded by over the top sexual exploitation and meaningless…
