Perfect Days 2023
This movie cut me to the core and touched my soul. I struggle with loneliness and fleeting connections and to see someone ostensibly struggling with the same stuff but managing to eke out appreciation for the little pieces of beauty in the now… I saw this film last night and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. I stood outside the theater and cried afterwards. Really really intensely beautiful film. Kondo wa kondo. Ima wa ima.
