  Think from the one time I saw the trailer, in my mind I was expecting the tone/pacing of this movie to be like a Boots Riley film. But turns out it’s a more subdued slice-of-life social commentary piece of an estranged black family in Boston (of all places—yay) to the backdrop of an Ocean’s Eleven-esque soundtrack.
