Weird movie. It felt like watching Secretary but in an odd way. Every character was somewhat relatable yet really weird in their own way.
I didn’t really get into it until the gorgeous Wes Bentley appeared and started interacting with Thora Birch, I loved his character and their relationship. The rest of the movie was entertaining, except for the strange subplot with the dad, which only happens at the beginning and end.

I think they were both rewarding in their own way. There were moments where they said things that weirded me out and made me worry about how the other would react, but at the end of the day, it was clear that they understood each other. Even though they've known each other for a decade, some of their interactions still felt a bit odd to me at times.
But overall, I liked it! They were really cute together. 💕
