I rewatched The Matrix tonight for a small attempt at escapism and was reminded that it’s essentially about POCs and allies rebelling against a white police state. I hope that in real life we keep fighting this hard for what we know to be right, and I continue to be inspired by efforts to combat horrifying endemic injustice. I hope I’m doing my part.
