5/6 hideshi hinos theater of horror films down. death train was NOT what i was expecting, if im gonna be honest. i didn’t hate it, but i still don’t really know how to feel about it. the acting is decent and the cinematography is absolutely gorgeous, but the pacing really brings it down. the beginning is interesting and genuinely fun, and as it goes on, it slows down and gets more and more boring. it drags, unfortunately. although i still do like it. 6.5/10
