Ok, it was good in the sense of keepinng you at the edge of your seat with this whole voyage looking for Vanya, however I kept this sensation of lacking something; the film's name is Anora, I expected more depth and at least a descent argument endorsing her as main character, I mean who is she apart from a sex worker with Russian heritages??, it was enjoyable although a bit plain..

As a Colombian I'm sick and tired of narco-related movies and series, so I try to avoid them as much as I can, but this one it's really well-crafted each character, each part of it, the whole process of getting involved a drug mule, I felt the tension, the swallowing, María's desperation to be her family's breadwinner. I believe the fact this movie it's displayed with Colombian characters, far from the over exaggerated manufactured Hollywood effects, made me develop a connection with the context and the characters struggles. Prolly a flick I'd rewatch.
