The Dead Don't Die 2019
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how movies are made. The actual process of it — how does a screenwriter or director block out their ideas? How do they transform what is in their head and put it on screen? Do they move from general to specific like a painter? Or do they have key scenes in mind that help them fill in the spaces, like a jewelry maker?
This movie did not help me understand how movies are made at all. In fact, I can only surmise that this movie was just a sketch of something that was never really figured out.
