  Feels like many are forgetting that Bong’s entire thesis throughout all his films is that capitalism is the centrifugal force that spins all of his narratives into madness. He did it really well in this one, mixing a little bit of okja and a little bit of snowpiercer to make his most enjoyable and coherent English film yet. Pattinson is so charming and feels like such a breath of fresh air when it comes to his usual protagonists. It’s a great film for our time and of course it will bomb at the box office Jesus Christ man
