Spider-Man 2002
Man, I watched this for the first time back in 05/06. Obviously much younger at the time, and rewatching it today after so many years. This film is fire man. Shout Sam Raimi for making it mad entertaining. Watching this now at 25, lots of the messages hit harder. Also you seriously can’t beat Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin. He fr knows how to play a powerful villain. I wish Toby Maguire was casted in more stuff!
All in all, entertaining, super campy, fun, S tier superhero film. They fr don’t make them like this anymore.

I finally had the opportunity to see this film. This film is grimy, with lots of little nods from older Bollywood film making tropes. Every actor in the film did great, I liked the inclusion of Indian folk lore. Also, I’m happy they didn’t shy away with just how dirty india can really be.
