Parasite 2019
Rewatched for the first time since 2019 and probably loved even more this time. Saw a few critiques that it’s not radical enough but idk…I think this keeps it accessible and still shows US imperialism in SK. Perhaps the indigenous appropriation and failures of working class characters due to their disunity were less intentional and self aware than I took them to be. Gets clear points across and kept me engaged+entertained, obviously
