Rare situation but I wish I hadn’t seen it in theaters. There was laughter at moments that felt like they deserved more respect or something, and that is partly what happens in big crowds but also what happens when you lean on humor to keep your pacing up.
I can say for sure the acting was phenomenal, but when the credits rolled I felt uneasy.
The stellar performances, nice tits, and overall capable production is hiding that this is basically a grittier Pretty Woman without the happy ending, plus there’s more character development in Pretty Woman.
