The Trial of the Chicago 7 2020
From a movie-making perspective, nothing special. It is far from the peak of visual story-telling. However, it’s ability to encapsulate its important key messages and provide a Hollywood style illustration of the true story of the Chicago 7 make this film very enjoyable. This movie is not for everyone, but if you don’t mind the jargon of courtroom dramas and seriousness of social/politically significant movies then this is definitely worth a watch.
