  This isn't a piece of shit. If you've seen the original movie, you will be happy. All the things that you will notice and how they come in play is just fascinating. Visually, this horror movie is just wonderful. It's great and terrifying to watch at the same time, something the original couldn't do, or try to, due to budget. The things I disliked about this movie: Acting, dialogue and why couldn't one of those kids pull out their phone…

  Forewarning: I can't write fo shit.

  I watched this movie following Malick's "Badlands", and I gotta say that it made me appreciate it more. Similarities between these movies were how the male lead is "on the run" for one way or another, and the female lead is living through them. The themes of love and how simple the story is, yet can be so poetic is what really makes special. The aspirations that those people had to live like that…
