  ‘I’m not queer, I’m disembodied’

  Luca Guadagnino has done it again !! As a huge fan of naked lunch, i was itching to see this. It might be my favourite movie by him, it’s truly brilliant. One of the best films i’ve seen in a while. Starting off with three Nirvana songs in a movie that takes place on 1950 is really funny. I assume that they chose this because burroughs’ was good friends with kurt?

  I will NEVER forgive the breakfast club for what they did to Allison. It’s a crime that she had to change for Andy to realise how fucking awesome Allison is. i think it's sorta sweet that Claire offered to give Allison a makeover, it does represents their friendship and it’s symbolic and shit. HOWEVER, i will always firmly believe that movies need to stop making every pretty emo girl into a carbon copy of basic trash. Like she downgraded from listening to the cure to fucking A-Ha. It’s shocking how some movies like to destroy characters by making them “fit in”.
