I watch a lot of horror films and very rarely do I find myself frightened at all. This film made me feel like a little baby, genuinely jumping out of my seat. Their rendition of Godzilla is terrifying and somehow the plot has me switching between being depressed, horrified, and begging for more. It will be hard for me to find a film that tops this, and the minus color version just adds an even more eerie feel.

Freud's Last Session 2023
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
The film thoughtfully pokes both sides of the religious argument while still being respectful, and somehow in less than 2 hours is able to touch on life, death, relationships, war, trauma, and sexuality in a way that is both satisfying and leaves you wanting more. I’m surprised neither actor was nominated for best actor, because the actor for Freud especially was equal to if not better than Cillian Murphy’s Oppenheimer performance, and that’s coming from someone who saw that movie…

Teenage Tupelo 1995
Such a classic and entertaining film, plus I got to meet JMM and he’s not only a legend but such a nice person. The history behind this film is just as interesting as the film itself. I think it’s a must watch for anyone interested in sexploitation cinema or film history.
