An unusual storyline with sensitive performances and a good script.  Nicely paced and unpredictable which held the interest.
A thoughtful movie with a great portrayal of human emotion and feelings.  Worth seeing.

Should have seen the warning signs with the mixed marriage set up and the black husband appearing to be a no-gooder then turning out to be a real gem of a guy.  Very trite and eventually pretty silly.  An OK watch if you really have nothing better to do but instantly forgettable.

Every now and again you come across a film that is a pleasure to watch from beginning to end.  No big names;  no plotting by numbers;  no special message and not a trace of virtue signalling.  Just a simple tale, beautifully told and perfectly acted.  An engrossing movie, a study of conflicting issues in the lives of just 4 people that feels totally authentic.  With no easily predictable outcomes, the action of the film moves from one phase to the next and is utterly compelling.  A 5* star watch for a beautifully nuanced piece of work.

An unusual little  film with some great performances and a very thought provoking story and script.  By the end of the movie you feel you know the key characters well and really care about them which is always a good aspect to any movie.  Well paced and very engaging with gently interspersed moments of humour.  A very enjoyable and subtle piece of film making and well worth a watch.
