Cried like 5 times cheers Renée.

A funny, smart and heartfelt comedy full of great performances and a really lovely interpretation of moving on in the face of grief.

Some really gorgeous shots as well, lovely cinematography.

Gorgeous performances all round, 5 stars to all.

    Good stuff

    Really enjoyed this film.

The performances given by everyone were all incredible across the board, creating some excruciating events in the second act particularly.

The cinematography was beautifully crafted too, I was obsessed with the shots in this film.

    It’s…okay?

Some decent performances in parts from Turlough Convery and Jamie Dornan and such, Colin Morgan was good too.

Judi Dench I love you but that accent was 😳

Accents in general were just about passable, but I suppose that’s because I’ve been trained to notice.

I feel like if I knew nothing about NI or anything then I’d enjoy it more, idk.

Do I think it’s Best Picture worthy?? Not at all no.

Just felt a bit like Ken…

Really enjoyable film that had me genuinely caring about all it’s characters.

This film is funny, warm, and has brilliant storytelling.

I realised when i looked it up that I’d seen the original, ‘La Famille Bélier‘ when I was in school, and this was a great adaptation/remake.

Worthy of it’s nominations, and all the actors playing deaf characters are deaf themselves, so that’s good.

    Big fan.
