Everyone's great, the movie in general is, but I could always use more of Billy Crystal and Carol Kane. I totally forgot Christopher Guest was in this.

The Last Temptation of Christ 1988
One of Scorsese's most beautiful films is this adaptation of the novel of the same name, one that caused quite the stir by portraying Jesus Christ as a human figure guided by morals rather than an outright, simply divine messiah. Whatever you think of this interpretation of Jesus, Scorsese's treatment of the source material is staggering, from the performances to the locations. There is a respect for the source material found here, not just through Scorsese's filmmaking, but Paul Schrader's writing. These two great minds converge to make this version of Jesus so much more humanistic than typically chronicled but no less spiritual.

Big Bird in Japan 1988
Bigot Bird acts like a typical American tourist in Japan and is helped by a mythological princess. Basically a “what not to do in a foreign country” PSA with a big ass puppet bird and dog to wreak havoc along the way.

A Hard Day's Night 1964
A hangout movie with The Beatles where they do Monty Python-esque jokes and sing some songs. Along for the ride is Paul's grandfather, who embodies the rockstar lifestyle more than any of the Fab Four. I could easily watch hours on end of one of my favorite bands being silly, I had a smile on my face the entire length of the film.
