Godzilla 1998
The first half of the movie is actually very promising, setting up social dynamics and character arcs that are very reminiscent of the Godzilla films from the 50s early 60s. Too bad the movie forgets about all of that as soon as it’s “Too Cool To Be Godzilla” monster shows up.
