  I’m sorry she didn’t enjoy the experience, but I certainly did.

  My four key takeaways:
  1) Never take drugs from strangers.
  2) Avoid comparing your life to others because no matter how hard you try, you can't live someone else's life and when you're alone, you're still just you.
  3) External validation is fleeting and will drive you nuts.
  3) Don’t waste years earning a medical degree when apparently anyone can extract bone marrow without instructions.
