  one of my many watches of this movie. the love i have for you’ve got mail never changes. the small references to joni mitchell throughout and the discussions of kathleen losing her mother are reasons as to why i love it so much. i love this movie because it allows me to believe that i can have a love as unrealistic and unattainable as joe and kathleen’s.

  oh my god. the first half of this movie is literally gut wrenching, as is the second half. i felt so many different emotions and i cried so many times i lost count. the plot is thought provoking and horrifically tragic, but the movie is beautifully done. the soundtrack adds to the movie as a whole.

  i need to go back to therapy to discuss this movie. holy shit.
