The Whale 2022
Ellie's character is ridiculously written. Like, a "all young people really don't care and they're edgy" a 60 year old would say. I won't even mention the last scene with the flashback. I honestly think that Charlie's weight and sexuality is used only as a shock factor and nothing else. The only think I liked in the movie was the dynamic between Liz and Charlie but that was it.
