  Wow. This was brilliant. And hard to watch, as it felt so real; real in the moments as well as the performances, walking that fine line between documentary and fiction. But the journey is so worth it. Themes of loneliness, healing, grief. And, an acutely realistic picture of parenting. While these themes are made clear and focused, precise details of the story aren’t spelled out, leaving us with a nuanced and multi-layered narrative that challenges and rewards the viewer.
