  Darkness and pessimism but make it a musical. Reminded me of Fellini's 8 1/2 in terms of storytelling ,nevertheless one of the most unique movies i've watched. Interesting how moments of thruth and cynisism occur in the gace of death or money and maybe true love. Certainly gonna rewatch
